Title: Creedmoor Mechanical Coin Bank (Reproduction)

Description: Reproduction of a cast iron mechanical bank showing a man aiming a gun at a target on a tree. To operate the bank, a spring is pulled back and a coin is placed on the gun barrel. The man's right foot releases the spring, "shooting" the coin into an opening in the tree. A Book of Knowledge reproduction from the 1940s based on a design by James H. Bowen, patented in 1877 and manufactured by the J and E Stevens Co.
