Title: Boys Stealing Watermelons Mechanical Coin Bank

Description: Cast iron mechanical bank. Depicts two African American boys stealing watermelons from a field guarded by a dog in a doghouse. To make a deposit, a coin is placed in the slot on top of the dog house. Pushing a lever moves the dog out of the house allowing the coin to fall. The action also animates the boys' arms.
