Description: Mentions that Alf Waud and Selina Jewell have gone to the Catskills to join Mary Brainard.

4. Saturday. Alf [Waud] came up at 11 1/2. With him round to Greene Street, where Miss Selina [Jewell] was making ready to accompany him, to visit her sister [Mary Brainard] at the Catskills. To [Frank] Leslie's, Wells & Webb's, Picayune Office, with [Frank] Bellew to Radways, met [Fitz James] O'Brien &c &c. Up town to dinner, and to work the rest of the day. A letter from George Clarke yesterday.
