THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST HARBORMASTER PATTEN.—There was to have been another investigation into the charges of corruption against Willis Patten, Harbormaster, on Saturday morning, at the Mayor [Fernando Wood]'s Office, but the parties interested concluded to let the papers go to Gov. [John Alsop] King as they were, without any additional affidavits.
