Extract.

III The Resignations of the following named Officers are accepted, to take effect from this date

Surg. Theodore J. Bluthardt

23d Mo. Infy.

Cause disability

Physically suitable for Invalid Corps.

The balance due the officer will not be paid untill the certificates required by General Orders No. 238. Series 1863. War Department are furnished the Paymaster.
