Dear Cusin it is pleas us that I have heard from you and the rest of the family for I have not heard from any of you for a long time and had given you all up for dead as I had not heard from you it was with grief that I heard the leter read where it come to the part that told that you all was in bad health and that uncle jo was so bad I would that I was their to see you all that would be a great deal of comfert to see you all once more and to talk with uncle jo tell him that if I can posible come I will come for it has bin a long time since I seen him it would look like old times to see him once more and to talk with him I hope when this comes to hand that it will find him a great deal beter than when you rote to uncle grose grand pa is still alive and well I don’t know whether uncle grose has asuresed your leter or not he said he was going to I have not seen him since I have longed to finde out whare you lived so that I could rite to you for I would like to heared from you before now hary and family are all well except one of the boys has got the mumps all of the rest of the connection is well as far as I know I am staying with grand pa now and have bin with him ever since last summer last fall he was sick and it was hard to tell whether he would live or not the docter staid with him too days and nights he was sick six weeks that he never got out of bed unles he was helped well as I have no knews to rite I must close rite soon direct your letter to Greentop so I will close give my love to all [word unclear] friends and share a position your self from your cusin
