Dear sister I sit don write you a few lines to let you know that I am well at present and that we are agoing to leave here to morrow morning I sent $20 up to louisana[Louisiana] by Marian Ray and I want you to tel Father to go down there and get it I wrote in my last letter that that I had sent my cloths home but they never got away from head Quarters when I found out that they was stil there I went up there and got them I sent my picture with my money we will get $13 to day I guess and If we do get it you may look for $10 in the next letter you get from me tel Father that I sent that money home for him to use ever where he needs it when we leave I will write as soon as we land I have not mutch to write this morning
