You will see by enclosed that your business will be was promptly attended to on recpt of your letter. You may rely on the affair being prosecuted with earnestness. I have introduced a bill to pay all regiments on actual service, whether authorized by Gen Fremont or not. This Bill will pass, but in any event, your claim is just and will be settled. With best wishes for your speedy restoration to health &c —
