Description: Page eight of the album with bust portraits of Captain Philip Rohrer (left) and Moses P. Green (right). "Rohrer of Cedar" and "Green of Marion" (written on album page). Rohrer was a delegate from Cedar County (17th senatorial district) to the Missouri State Convention held at the Mercantile Library in St. Louis from January 6 to 11, 1865. During his time in service, Capt. Rohrer served with the 7th Enrolled Missouri Militia Regiment, commanding Co. A as a 1st Lieut. The 7th EMM was later reorganized as the 15th Missouri Volunteer Cavalry and Capt. Rohrer continued to command Co. A in the same regiment. Green was a delegate from Marion County (4th senatorial district) to the Missouri State Convention held at the Mercantile Library in St. Louis from January 6 to 11, 1865.
