Top center reads "Over the smooth and level roads for many and many a mile the wheelman spins, and a "header" takes only once in a while, unless he chooses to ride about in a much more sociable style." Bottom right corner has logo for "America; The Silent Wheel." The people are all on dirt paths with fields and trees behind them.
