Description: Two men, one in a top hat, in front of the Old Spanish Fort, later Roy's Mill, on the riverfront at the foot of Biddle Street. The "tower" portion of the fort, and a building to the left are both deteriorating. Some architecture can be seen off in the background and some stacks are visible to the right in the distance. "Roy's Tower" is inscribed along the center of the lower edge.
