Title: The Admiral excursion boat on Mississippi River, with Gateway Arch construction.

Description: The Admiral excursion boat heading north on the Mississippi River; in the background is Gateway Arch construction with the south leg of the Arch about one-third complete, and the north leg approaching the halfway point. The cleared Jefferson National Expansion Memorial grounds cover the riverfront, with the Old Cathedral the only structure left. Behind the Admiral are The Goldenrod paddlewheel showboat and another, smaller, boat. Photograph was taken from the Eads Bridge.
