Description: The World War I collection contains illustrations relating to World War I. It consists of promotional materials for various war bond drives, portraits of St. Louis area enlisted men, and photographs, postcards, and maps related to the war. A color printed roster for the Original Company G, 5th (Fifth) Missouri Infantry, N.G., "Joffre Regiment" with a small photograph of William C. Preetorius pasted at the bottom is also included.
